Peer support specialists helping men end sexual addictions and their partners heal from infidelity betrayal trauma.

SEXUAL COMPULSION

Strugglers, men challenged by problematic behaviors are stuck in a cycle of compulsion and secrets, sustained by attempts to hide and fight it on their own. Trying to quit alone only makes it worse. We prevail together.

INFIDELITY & BETRAYAL

Partners, the discovery of infidelity is incredibly painful and confusing. It can feel like living in an isolated, altered reality. These effects of partner betrayal trauma are complex and similar to PTSD. There is hope for healing.

We've been where you are now—the lived experience of addiction and betrayal. Let us show you the path to recovery and healing. Meet us online for a free, private consult to learn more about our practice and how we can help.
Ask us anything in confidence.

For couples, there are three in need of healing: the struggler, the partner, and their relationship. In this framework, we invite them to pursue their journeys together.

We follow a client-centered, partner- sensitive approach to recovery. We view our clients as whole and capable as we guide them on the path to healing.

TONY BLEVINS

Certified Sex Addiction Recovery Coach
NARM®-Informed Professional
Brainspotting Practitioner

Tony coaches men from specialized training and his own lived experience of porn addiction and recοvery. He helps them in the rigors of sober living, developing emotional intimacy and empathy for relational repair, and addressing the root cause of the problem.

I chose to pursue this career after having successfully recovered from my own decades-long pornography addiction. The impact of finally changing my life was so profound that I wanted to help other men achieve the same for themselves. Little did I know this service would be an even greater blessing than recovery itself.

My recovery didn't rely on just one resource. In truth, it was a mix of deliberate effort and a few unforeseen opportunities. While not a perfect path, it did teach me what works and what doesn't. Over time, I found my path with the help of others—and that's the key: connection.
We prevail together.

All that personal experience and later professional training taught me the importance of tailoring the right resources to meet the needs of each individual. While the root cause is the same, each person's story is different and so their recovery must be customized. It's a process, not a program.
Each person's path will (and must) be as unique as a fingerprint.

My clients set the intention for our time together, and I blend different approaches in my work so I can meet them where they are—an invitation to be open about their struggle without fear of judgment or rejection, clarity on its origins, and a future they don't yet know would even look like.

What is (addiction) recovery coaching?
It is niche life coaching that specializes in substance and behavioral compulsions. A strengths-based process that empowers clients to remove barriers to their recovery. As a collaborative venture, we work with our clients to understand their past, improve present life, and attain what they want most for themselves.

Recovering from addiction is not an easy journey. It can be difficult to see the benefits or even envision what life will be like. We help clients break through any ambivalence of the work they face.

Tony is our porn and sex addiction recovery coach. He coaches men who struggle with porn and sex obsessions. He helps them understand the nature of the problem and develop effective sobriety plans so they can lead a healthy life free of problematic sexual behaviors.

He uses evidence- based (research- proven) methodologies, such as Motivational Interviewing. He also applies Brainspotting and NeuroAffective Relational Model for working with attachment and relational patterns.
What is (betrayal trauma) partner coaching?
It is niche life coaching that specializes in healing betrayal trauma from porn, sexual and emotional infidelity. It's a compassionate, judgment-free alliance between a client and coach. Together we examine how and why the trauma of betrayal impacts our bodies and minds. We learn how to calm the pain and racing thoughts, and how to ground when feeling triggered. We set healing goals and find safe and effective ways to achieve them. Most importantly, clients have a safe and empathetic space to explore the impacts of the betrayal with a coach who has lived a similar experience.

Rebecca is our betrayal trauma partner coach. She offers a compassionate, real-world approach to partners who are not sure what they should do or where to turn for help. She has walked this journey and can be fully empathetic to partners in their time of need.
What areas do you serve?
While we are based in Alabama, most of our clients are located throughout North America since we primarily conduct online coaching sessions over Zoom. We can meet clients in-person who are local to Birmingham.

If you reside in an area several time zones away, please contact us so we can discuss how to overcome this barrier to working together.
What can I expect in a session?
Kind acceptance.

Coaching is about being present and sharing space with one another. Clients often just need someone they trust to hear them—without being judged or shamed. So we listen. Having been where they are, we can also empathize.

All sessions usually begin with a question similar to, "What would you most like for yourself from our time together today?" Clients are in the driver's seat. Going by their intent for our time together, they choose the focus of what they want most for themselves.

In the first session we build rapport, gain context of the situation, and share our mutual expectations for the coach-client relationship. It's important that we both feel comfortable working with one another. We don't try to force it to work.

Coaching is not directive; it's a collaborative process. We don't tell clients what to do, how they should feel, or what they should think. Rather, we validate their experiences and invite them to explore possibilities if they are open to it.
How much do sessions cost?
We know the importance of recovery because we were once where you are now. Our first priority is for you to receive help. We are private pay only (no insurance) but we can discuss adjusting fees according to your ability to pay.

The fees for our coaching services and discounted packages are listed on the Services page. This is where our clients self-schedule their appointments.

We use Acuity Scheduling to manage seamless appointment scheduling and secure payments. Acuity integrates with Stripe as the payment processor. Stripe accepts all major debit and credit cards.

When you book a coaching session, Acuity will ask for your debit/credit card information in order to reserve the appointment. Your card will not be charged until after the session is complete.
Can I try coaching before committing?
Yes, it's called a Meet 'n Greet — a short Zoom meeting where you can ask us any questions about our practice.

There's no fee or sales pitch. We believe it should not cost you to find out whether we will work well together.

And just for clarity, there are no contracts or commitments for coaching. Our clients choose when they meet with us by self-scheduling appointments. They also choose when they want to stop.

This may be your first time reaching out for help. We know the anxiety first-hand, too. We were once where you are now. That's why we make a special effort to welcome you in a safe, confidential setting.
